Published alumni return to lead teams. This is the engine of the train-the-trainer model — the reason BORA can grow its teaching capacity without paid staff. Our Year-1 target is that at least 30% of published students come back as mentors.
If you hold an MS, MPhil, PhD, or an active publication record and can give a few hours a week, you can lead a BORA project group. The only condition is the 1-to-2 rule: train at least two interns, free of charge.
